The perfect place for dinner! It's on the third floor of a building on the east ramp of the airport. Fairbanks airport has a wide variety of traffic. There is a commercial terminal (with big planes that go directly to big cities like Denver). There are loads of private planes ranging from 2 seaters to the private jets like the ones we see in Eagle. There is a pond for the float planes. There is also a military presence- we saw some cargos and 2 A-10 fighters. It's great because not only is there a view, but the food and the root beer on tap was delicious!
They ran with the theme- this is the waiting area. There is also flight memorabilia and a real time flight tracker on the TV.
