Visitor Center

Another place we remembered from 2003 (and it’s a good thing- there was very little signage to help us find it). We stopped then to dry out a bit and get information about the tunnel. What a difference the sun makes! There are some fun exhibits, an interesting movie, and nice views. It’s interesting to see how much the glacier has receded in 20 years!

Supposedly life size, but they seem so much bigger in the wild.

The Alaska state bird! I’m glad we haven’t seen any that big!
