We were making good time and hoping to be in Whitehorse for dinner when everything stopped. There was an accident ahead and when we arrived at the end of the line people had already been waiting for two hours. They were saying 6-8 more hours! We are no strangers to places with just one road- not really much to go back to and we wanted to make it to Mario and Carlie’s tonight. We settled in, went for a walk and met some nice people. Some rode bikes, cooked, walked… anything to pass the time.
This guy was hauling produce. He decided to cook some up and make truck fries!
